not to mention most of the land is out in literally nowhere. some people think it's a fantasy, but nigger do you really want to be literally 2 hours from the closest grocery store?
other than those two major things when buying nevada land, it really is like the old wild west. you can do whatever the hell you want and nobody will care. brothels, guns, old abandoned mines, it's a libertarian historian's paradise, i tell you. my experience is mostly northern nevada and between reno and lovelock.
