i dont know which 3rd world place you are coming from but where i live dentist are actual doctors. not some technician or master degree like Physical Therapy.
and doctors can write prescriptions to pretty much everything no questions asked, only exception are hardcore medications or stuff like Aderal. So we can stock up on anything the group could possible need, and if i need to judge how sick i am, i just ask the professional who share my tent with. i dont get what wrong with that.
