>>2342243Not my pic, but this is the config I use the most. Easy to bring a couple of extra stakes and make the tie flush to the ground. Door is closable in a really bad rain too just stake the loops to the interior of the tarp. Pull stake inside and then repin the flaps out front. Don't even have to leave the tarp/tent to do it. Can tie a ridge over the top between two trees and use that instead of poles as well. So you don't have to have a pole in the way if you don't want to. It is a very very light setup. With a skeeter half inside you have a lot of room to do shit too. If you don't mind tent bulk you can go crazy and get the 4x4 meter (13 x 13 ft) one which is frankly, massive. 1350g (2.9 lbs) for that. 790g (1.7lbs) for the 3x3 meter (9.8 x 9.8 ft) one.
If bugs, get skeeter underlayer. Otherwise I don't expect to ever use a tent again.
