So most of the year it just looks shit and depressing when you have fields and hills of mud with no trees on them. The UK has some nice spots but is very built up. Even outdoors: the fields surrounded by a few trees are not 'wild', just farmer's fields with natural boundaries. There are very, very, few unmanaged areas The beaches near me are good for food though, loads of cockles.
