>>1164551If you’re doing pier fishing, that’s different. Go to Bass Pro and get a Penn in whatever size they think you will need. Go to the pier and see what people are using. Don’t buy a ton of tackle you won’t touch because somebody in New Jersey on Youtube said it works for them up there.
And if you’re ever at Deerfield, I’ll come harass you a bit.
There’s some anon who fishes Juno pier a ton too. I do freshwater mostly and have been using my bass stuff plus some MH catfish type rods when I do salt but it’s boring to me watching bait soak.
