The public area around the Munitions Depo seems to be regularly frequented by vehicles traveling to and from Gate A evidenced by the vehicle tracks leading to and from Gate A to the highway about 500m away. Pedestrian tracks can be found around the whole circumference of the Munitions Depo, and due to the quantity of tracks it is safe to say that there is regular foot traffic in this area. The perimeter fence shows signs of many breaches that have been repaired, but do to the weathering of the materials used for repair I assume that these fence breaches are quite old; stemming many years back. There are also several areas where hopping the fence is made easy thanks to trees having grown beside or even fallen onto the fence. The best ingress point without damaging the fence is the construction fence over the river, as there is no barbed wire and good footholds in the fence. This location is approximately 3km from the staging area.Inside the munitions depo I did not find any evidence of foot traffic. There was vehicle traffic within the last week as evidenced by the tire tracks in the snow, but they were older then a day. Most buildings seem to still be in a solid condition, but most have a considerable amount of fall wood on the roof. Though I didn't encounter anyone the whole time I was there, inside or outside of the perimeter, precautions should still be taken to stay away from the fence to avoid detection. Camping and fire starting farther inward is a viable option due to the bunker hill rings around the edge of the perimeter and due to the thick forestation blocking the view farther inward. Best time to go would be evenings on a Saturday, and leaving on a Sunday.
