I usually bring a lumix lx3 with me if I'm going lightweight, because it's got the 24mm(equiv) lens. It's pretty great and I have a tiltpod for it that weighs nothing and lets me do most of the stuff I can with a tripod.
I used to have a Zenza Bronica ETRS 6x45 film camera that I would take out to shoot abandoned buildings and stuff with, but I gave that away a couple years ago. Currently I've been using a yashicamat tlr, but the lens isn't too great on that.......
So I actually ordered a Bronica SQ-AI 6x6 slr, it came with 50mm. 80mm lenses and a nice long air release for the shutter. I intend on finding a nice lightweight sturdy tripod, then taking the bronica backpacking with me for the sole purpose of photographing nice landscapes.
