>>2608055the best eating you can do, and this is my opinion. Is bluegills. Catch 5-10 of them. Scale them but leave the skin on and fillet them boneless. Batter them in eggs with yellow mustard and a little reds hot sauce. Than bread them in flour/breadcrumbs/corn meal + some garlic powder onion paprika or cayenne and a little cumeric. Fry in oil for 3 minutes or so on each side. So fucking tasty so good. They call them "pan" fish for a reason. Because they're made for going in the pan!
