It's actually quite simple to make arrows from parts, buying shafts, nocks, points etc, all you need equipment wise is a taper/parallel taper tool (like a large pencil sharpener, bearpaw do a decent + cheap one), a fletching jig (always useful, the decut one is again very cheap and, in my eyes, one of the best - it also allows you to make 4 fletched Mongol style arrows)
and glue. (and danish oil + lint free cloth)
