The spores come in a syringe that you can use to inject onto a substrate that the mycelium will grow on. Look up PF-TEK for info on how to grow them if you want to make the substrate yourself. You could also buy vermiculite cakes to use as a substrate or buy a grow kit. The key to growing them properly is avoiding contamination. Alternatively, 4-AcO-DMT is another psychedelic that's extremely similar to a shroom trip.
