The bear walked about 10 feet from our tent, The squirrels kept going back on alert every 10-15 minutes so we decided it was best to just break camp and get out of that area. The rangers told us there had been some problems earlier in the season at that same site.

I've seen a few bears but having a grizzly walk through camp in such a remote place like that was something I'll never forget.
