>>1879960Okay so, depending on the size of the bait fish normally some thing the size of a Green Back Shiner will kinda work with a #2 circle hook you have two ways you can hook bait fish one is from the bottom of the mouth and then out the top above the nose.
The other way is to hook it in the middle of the back by the back tail.
Only downfall about some bait fish is they will likely die just from the shock of having a hook put in them.
Also don't use a sinker because a sinker will just make the bait fish unable to swim so it will drowned.
Reel and Rod and line all depends on the size bait and fish.
