>>1510676>Using steel blades and historical armour means that pretty much anything that would actually work in a fight is outright banned.This, Battle of the Nations is full contact in full armour and uses real steel weapons but for safety reasons has them dulled and doesn't allow blunt weapons like maces and hammers. And there are always medics and multiple ambulances on standby.
Also because of this the fights become more wrestling in armour than real medieval fighting.
Still pretty cool though.
