Like others said, cleaning and changing bedding will be your biggest hurdle.
Find some linoleum and put it on the floor under the bedding for easier cleanup.
Water freezing outside in winter will be an issue as well, even with two 250W heat lamps going 24/7 I had water freezing, but that was when the walls were just single sheet plywood, and now are insulated with R5 boards.
You can buy heated waters specifically for this problem however.
