Talking about prepping here is like /v/ where people talk about vidya but don't actually play vidya, /p/ where people buy cameras but don't actually take pictures, or /g/ where people rice everything but don't actually use their computer for anything aside from posting on 4chan. I just expect more from /out/.
If you need a happening to actually go /out/, then go wait for it on /pol/ and only come back here once it happened.
