Occasionally a Kershaw Breakout 7000 that has been babied and has issues with the safety mechanism that I've yet to resolve via their warranty. That's mainly why I don't carry it often.
I carry an Old Timer 70T for hunting (processing game). It's an older American made one with Scrade+ steel. Excellent edge retention in my opinion and by far my favorite knife. Pic related.
