youd have to have one peach of a location, and it damn sure wouldnt be public in high season.
this is why i almost exclusively camp fall/winter/spring. summer camping is a fucking disco half the time at any reasonable location.
depending on your needs i dont see why you couldnt just go somewhere others wouldnt want to go, think barriers to entry. a long walk, a harsh hike up mountains. the easier the access the more people there will be.
