Holy shit I didnt know there even was a pipe thread on this site. Ive been smoking mine for just under a year now. The local tobacco store is pretty good has a fuck load of blends/flavors. They also got me into cigars a bit, but i dont have the money to make that a regular thing. I think ashtons might be my fave brand so far though. Anyway the most recent pipe stuff i tried, they called witches brew. It had a nice bold flavor with some nice fade into vanilla on the back end. Also tried some basic turkish tobacco that i really liked. It reminded me of cigarettes, but more mild and without the cancer flavor. I started with the no brand straight briar, then a few months later got a cool church warden. But i was still new and smoking to fast. It probably needed a little resto work, but i didnt recognize it at the time. I ened up putting a big crack in the shank. Then after a few more weeks of learning how to properly smoke a pipe i treated myself to a savinelli chruch warden. I like it a lot. But I like the stem of my first chruch warden a bit more. It had more virticality to it and was just a little nicer to hold. I'll probably get a cob before to long just to see what thats like. A big ass mcartuther could be fun for the meme, but Missouri Meerschaum's cobbit line looks cool too.
