(But seriously, while indeed quite expensive, I have things with way worse price/quality ratio. All my Fjällrave stuff is virtually indestructible and they're easily accessible. Maybe it's different in the USA were every second store appears to be a guns-ammo-army-supply store, but here in Euroland, stores that carry surplus gear are rather rare and if they exist they often tend to be like pic related (and have a bad selection), so just going to one of the dozens of outdoor gear stores is the easier option)
