Week 7. Fruit set is officially a go now with one pollination per day all last week. Unfortunately some died on the way for various reasons, so what would have been a 10 pumpkin yield is now reduced to 7, possibly even 6. There are no more female flowers being produced anymore.
But as the old adage go, less is more, and the fewer there are the more precious they become.
Here is the overview as usual. I did some pretty serious trimming on Sunday, especially on the right side as you can see, the same side which sadly happens to basically be barren. I think I know the likely reason for that and I can't say I'm surprised.
