>>390080Those will be good split in half and roasted. I'm doing that right now with an acorn squash. I have tons of pumpkin this year. The yellow of Paris are massive (for perspective, those are gallon-sized jars in the image and 6-inch squares on the floor) and I have around 250lbs-300lbs of them or more. There are tons of these dark green pumpkins, acorn squash, and butternut squash.
So many pies in my future.
