That number is spread across a fair few countries (including America), and considering Africa and Indonesia, where people have less defences against them, live in closer proximity to them, and have greater population density than us, I'd say they've got it much worse.
Please take these numbers into consideration and compare them to the dangerous species of your own country (unless you're from England, you can fuck off with your rabbits and shit).
