TL;DR OP shouldn't be able to break his Mora if he uses it "correctly" and has an axe, but Condor makes full tang alternatives, and Butcher knives are good as well.
Your Mora will serve you just fine OP. You shouldn't be whaling on your knife enough to break your Mora, even with a full tang knife.
That being said, the Condor Bushlore and Condor Kephart may be a bit more durable, though the wood scales would probably crack before the polymer of the Mora. 1075 is a great steel, I find it to be more durable than Mora's laminated steel. But Mora's seem to just get "sharper". A few passes on a honing rod, and my Mora can slice and carve magnificently. I prefer my Kephart though, simply because of the way it fits my hand, and the slightly thicker blade. Its more multipurpose in my eyes, but a Mora would most likely be just as a efficient. Other options are Schrade. I'm not fond of that style of blade, but there's no denying that they work.
And then there's old butcher knives. Look in thrift shops and at rummage sales, and you'll find one. My favorite knife is a butcher knife I found at a rummage sale for $5, fits a Ka-Bar sheath for $10. Bam, full tang knife that slices and cleans game like no other.
