So does anyone know of some awesome spots for car camping? Legality of camping is questionable, and I would prefer something near a fresh water source for bathing/cooking. I am willing to go as far as Idaho, Montana, or Southern Oregon for a good spot, and also somewhere where it won't rain. I get enough of that up here.
Also, you can suggest good car camping and road trips that you have taken in the past, it doesn't necessarily have to be in my area, just so that other people can enjoy this thread.
