I had some friends out there that arrived in a pull behind teardrop camper. They rented a trailer in the middle of town and by the time I left were hired to manage a ranch. There's all kind of opportunities out there but they can be a bit different than what most folks tend to think of as such. Tourist towns have a lot of transient turnover so plenty of quick, low skill work available.
