>>2333717I read you as being drunk but yeah, what temperature swings will you have when /out/? That dictates what gear, especially sleeping bag you'll need. Are you picky when it comes to sleeping? Some people are fine with a 2" pad, other will put a 1/2" foam yoga mat down, then (2) 2"-3" pads and then sleep soundly. I have a 3" pad and it's hard for me to get a good night's sleep.
Basically all your "camp" gear is based around sleep quality, and food/ cooking. Where more gear often means more comfortable sleep.
Some people are fine with cold food and don't bother with a stove of any kind and chow on pre-made stuff that's good to go. Others bring dehydrated or regular ole instant rice or pasta meals. Others bring raw ingredients and a whole kitchenette.
On one end,.you have people that think they're bad MF'ers cuz they venture out with absolute bare minimum and make themselves comfy. Opposite spectrum are bad MF'ers that venture out with all the gear and make themselves comfy.
