If you truly have passion for it pursue either zoology for the academic and physical side of it or environmental tourism if you're really determined on the whole leading thing.
Also beware that environmental law and environmental practice are very different things in many places. Expect to love mountains and be sent to a fucking swamp as well, you can have preferences but be ready for anything.
