>>1885339Most maids in Mexico City are “live-in” which means they have their maid quarters separate and apart from the family.
They are usually extremely poor from small rural villages and have little or no education. I remember reading once about a celebrity who bragged about paying her maid almost $1k US a month.
Most get paid about $200 US a month.
Anyway, I made a group of friends down there and I noticed how they treat their servants.
Recently I took my gf down there and she told me the place is ripe for revolution and the maids are going to lead the charge.
A few short pastiches I remember offhand
THE 4-STORY REMOTE CONTROL
>friend was 14 at the time>lives in a 4 story house>washing room is on 4th floor>kitchen/dining room is on 3rd floor>bedrooms on 2nd floor>tv lounge on 1st floor>one day tragedy strikes. Tv remote is broken!>friend screams at the maid to come down 2-3 floors>”si joven, que se le ofrece?” (Yes young master, what may I help you with)>”change the tv channel”>had maid flip through channels until we land on a movie half way through>maid goes back to work>movie finishes and he calls her again>repeatTHE FULL SERVICE VALET
>be at friends house >maid served us lunch in the lounge while we chill out >friend tells maid to give him a foot rub >she fucking does it!>friend asks if there are any other takers>a few hands go up>maid gives foot rubs to a bunch of people while they eat lunch>friend sends water back a few times because it’s either too cold or not cold enough>never eat at his house again, not because I feel bad for the maid but because I’m certain she must be poisoning their food after seeing how they treat herI have more but I ran out of space
