This damn pond only has a 20 minute window to catch fish apparently because the same exact thing played out last time I was there too. Didn't even really expect to catch anything at that point because it was muddy as hell from recent rain and I think had just been stocked with catfish because there were a million and a half boomers there drowning nightcrawlers and chicken livers.
