>>672162Yeah we call em bucktails up here. The most versatile lure in existence in my opinion. You can drift fish em on the bottom from a boat, fish em from the beach, in the surf, through rips. Bays, ocean, sound. They come in every size, color, shape, and hook size you can wish for. Retrieve is dependent on area and conditions. I recommend reading "fishing the bucktail" by John Skinner. He has a youtube channel dedicated to illustrating his books as well. He can explain it better than I ever can.
Let me put it this way, there is one lure they goes in the NAVY SEALS survival kit. Its a bucktail. At least thats what ive heard haha.
