It has a small loop for a lanyard in the back, where I just put a piece of trap cord through that I knotted into a loop. That goes through a belt loop, with the lighter going through the loop again (cow's hitch, basically) and then I stick the lighter into my pocket.
But I guess some small multitool pouch would do. The leatherman wave is about the same width and depth and just slightly longer, for example.
