I am from a 100% white community in Eastern Canada... never had an asian person at highschool... we had one black guy.... but he was adopted. and his parents were white, but I can honestly say ive never met someone who was legitimately racist, so im not sure where these "societal struggles" are coming from; perhaps its just a city thing
