U can usually buy them for less that $15 per tree and can select from a wider variety than what you would get from a big box store or a local nursery.

Guavas can be rooted but are very difficult.ive see a couple videos rooting citrus but you need a professional operation. Apples, stonefruit, mangos, do not root as far as i know. Luckily, if you have access to a variety you want you could asexually reproduce that exact variety through grafting and budding.
