>>473541Non-Slip Loop Knot (aka "Lefty's Loop" or "Kreh Loop" named after Lefty Kreh).
Tie an overhand but don't cinch it, and pass the tag end through the hook/lure eye. Pass the tag end through the loop of the overhand knot and wrap up the line five or so times. Pass the tag end once more into the overhand knot's loop, wet/lube the line, and cinch it down.
Works great on lures you'd normally use a snap with; Heddon Spooks and other topwater lures that can be retrieved in a walk-the-dog fashion come to mind.
