I've only met one who actually used any of the gear and had personal experience with it. I wouldn't mind so much if I didn't have a dozen different employees walk up and ask if I had any questions in as many minutes.
The gear they sell is generally overpriced, but of good quality. The clothing they sell is usually good, but massively overpriced. I do like their return policy and massive price slashing on used gear that dumbfuck city LARPers return for stupid reasons, it lets me get namebrand gear cheaply.
