Other thing you can make is fruit leather. You buy some variety mix frozen berries from costco. Put it into a high grade blender or magic bullet, then blend it till it's fine grade powder. Put it on a wax paper and bake it into a oven. It would turn into gel like substance and after it cools you can roll it up like a burrito. That should give about a thousand calories per stick.
