>>1248829>40'x10'Fucking rent a sod cutter, excavator, small skidsteer or just use a flat shovel and some friends and rip up the top layer, grade it, put some screened soil down, and sod the lawn, use a big steel drum filled with water as a sod roller, keep it saturated for a couple weeks but try not to water on peak sun strength or it'll burn.
It's only 400sqft, that's like 1 skid of sod.
Or hire someone to do this, isn't that expensive.
Can have a beautiful lawn in a day of work and $200-1000 depending on your method.
