The bigger one is an imalent IF25A, almost 4000 lumen max (though it heats up quickly, so that maximum brightness isn't for long time), 21700 battery, and still it's only like 30-40$. Also it has a fancy firmware (anduril) that's capable of stepless brightness adjustment and all sorts of other modes and even adjustable settings like stepdown temperature and quick-access brightness levels.
