No, really. You make it in an aluminum pie pan, bake it in plenty of olive oil, then cool it, wrap it in aluminum foil, and freeze it. By the time you get where you want to go, it's mostly thawed and you can get it all hot and crispy and delicious by tenting the foil on top and setting it in the coals. Try it sometime.
