Hunting involves weapons, and there are many people that consider guns an integeral part of survival (companies make "survival guns, look at the henry ar7)
Personally im a huge weapons enthusiast, HOWEVER not everyone is that way. to people that are uncomfortable around weapons, well im sorry to hear that, but THIS IS NOT THE TIME TO DISCUSS THAT.
This thread falls within /out/s jurisdiction. If you don't like the topic simply don't respond to the thread. I see plenty of threads all over 4chan i dont agree with. I do the civil thing and just ignore them or hide them. If you have nothing to contribute to a conversation please dont post in it. People could get along easier if they accept not everyone agrees with them and they just learn to ignore what they dont like instead of shoving their opinions down everyones throat. That goes for both sides (im looking at you too, gun friendly guys who are bitching about the noguns).
all that being said, personally i just like to use a normal belt holster. I've been meaing to give a shoulder a try but havnt gotten around to it yet. the drop leg just screams too much tacticool to me for an inna woods advenutre.
