Still, I have an indoor-outdoor thermometer on the bike-- the outdoor sensor is on the engine. If the right readout is <65, it's all good, but if it pops 70 the bike is being ridden too hard and/or the engine oil level is dropping. You'll want to check the oil levels 3-4 times a day, btw.
>>128844Yep. On long rides, often with crap-quality sleep the night before, you've not got the reserves like you would have on a casual weekender ride. You'll need the glucose, water, pissing, stretching, etc. It's not like your racing a clock, anyway...
