Personally I'd go with one of the traditional camping mess kits that's double ended shallow cooking pans that sandwich together with accessories, recently picked up this kickass c. 80's Boy Scout one at goodwill for $10. My previous that was great was a texsport one (two sides are nonstick pans with a single detachable handle, a bowl and cup sandwich in between. Don't have a pic of it at the moment)
