Unlike America the base wage is at least $25 an hour, and it's easy to get a job by just meeting farmers face to face and telling them you're looking for work. Can you milk cows? No, but "I'm keen to learn". Have you driven a tractor? No, but you drive a car, "show me the difference". All you have to do is go and meet farmers in rural places and introduce yourself. You don't need any qualifications or tickets because you'll get them for free on the job. If you want a blog post about it I'll happily rant and rave
