Are you sure about the extra underwear thing? I mean, I'm bringing body powder that I'm going to use for my feet and crotch, but I think I'll bring at least 3 pairs of underwear.
Sock I'm bringing 5 pairs no matter what. I get foot fungus easily in the boots I have and I've heard a thing or two about a heatwave. I also don't like wet socks if it rains.
Body powder is a life saver for me.
