>>130847Jigs. I always catch them on brown jigs. Honestly the best time to catch them, though it's illegal where I live, is in the creeks when they're spawning. I haven't had much luck on the lake this year, but for me I always use brown jigs. Unless I don't have any, then I use yellow. But a lot of my friends just throw a ton of weight on a hook and a worm and catch them in the canal.
