If you are new the biggest thing I would emphasize is to learn the effective range of a shotgun then learn how to estimate range of birds. It takes a while to grasp but nothing will anger other hunters than a person blasting away at birds they have no chance in hell of hitting.
>>237693We have an early teal season that I normally don't go during. Its in early September and really brief. It's hot, theres snakes, and mosquitoes will eat you alive. If I do go I just wear the same waders. I wore those trout fishing a few times in the spring in a cold water river and it wasnt too bad.
