>You can not collect rainwater.>You can not collect water or dam water that runs through your property unless you have legal rights to it>The majority of the water in this state technically belongs to California, Nevada, Utah, Kansas and all of the other states that our many river heads run to.>Not to mention that our aquifers are increasingly low and are not replenishing.We are slowly entering total desertification. The Mountains will stay green mostly, but the plains are slowly stratifying into the same landscape that we see in neighboring Utah and New Mexico.
