We really should have started our intentional community a few years ago guys.
Prices have really spiked and costs will likely be twice what they were before.
Should we wait it out and hope prices come down or should we buy something now while we can still afford at least a mediocre plot of land?

I feel like the MGTOW commune would be a big help to young men like this that wander in here constantly.
There is no real hope of a normal marriage and career for many of them but could probably lead happy lives in a rural mountain community where they had a tiny house off by themselves but access to communal infrastructure like kitchens , showers and gyms.
We gotta get back on track with that stuff guys

The MGTOW benefactor bought a portable DC powered projector a few years ago. There was going to be a meetup and the /out/ists running it wanted it to be hell and gone up in the mountains.
They agreed openly in the thread that if the MGTOWs hiked in all the equipment for a powerpoint presentation, we would be welcome.
Too bad the thing fell apart weeks before the trip.
