And the forrests are usually gone.
I can think of ONE place like this and the road through it is called "garden of eden road" ; still has some forest , sparkling creek , downstream from a national-park so water-quality , protected , not far from coast , not far from decent city with employment opportunitues , and I can't afford the real-estate.
