Literally just thought about trying while eating some one day. Just saved the seeds and stuck them in some starting mix.
I think the heat mat probably helped,but as long as it's warm enough they should sprout out.
For fruits that aren't grafted you are probably fine growing them from seed. Ones that are,understand it is done for a reason.
You don't really know what you are getting. It might be great,it might be crap.
Personally,I just enjoy growing things...I'm not overly concerned about getting fruit out of them,that's just a plus.
